The 2018 Dodge Charger is powerful, even at the "base" SXT trim, is a powerful machine. If you're looking for something conservative, look elsewhere, because the Charger packs a punch for the price. The SXT comes standard with a powerful 292-horsepower engine; most other vehicles would feature such an engine in the highest, not lowest trim. Already, this gives the Charger a head-start in terms of performance and features-per-dollar ratio.
