The all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica has revolutionized the minivan segment. According to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, the vehicle has introduced nearly 40 new minivan firsts. 

The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica has been re-built from the ground up, delivering sleeker styling and class-leading gasoline and hybrid powertrains to the minivan world. The new design also reduces noise, has class-leading aerodynamics, and has an unmatched fuel economy. 

The powertrains in the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica are also impressive. The available options are the hybrid model, and the Pentastar V-6 gasoline engine. The hybrid model includes an electrically variable transmission, featuring two electric motors that are able to drive the wheels of the Pacifica. The 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine available produces a 287 horespower and 262 lb.-tft. torque. 

FCA says that the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is the most technologically equipped minivan in its segment. The vehicle boasts the Uconnect Theater entertainment system, allowing backseat passengers to play games, watch movies, and connect personal electronic devices for streaming. Other available features include the Uconnect 8.4 system, touchscreen, navigation, Uconnect Access and integrated voice command.
