Celebrate 100 Years of Dodge with 1915 Touring Car

If you haven't heard by now, 2014 marks the 100th anniversary for performance automaker Dodge. Already, we've seen plenty of indication that the brand's centennial will be something quite special indeed, with the launches of all-new Charger and Challenger models, and additionally, the most powerful SRT ever. But it's also a great opportunity to look into the past.

Take, for example, this video of the 1915 Touring Car--one of the first models the Dodge brothers put out. It shows quite a bit of what vehicles were like back then, such as rear axle-only brakes, a three-speed transmission, and wooden wheel spokes.
